Scope of this policy
This page explains privacy information for the Sawaed Al Himma Light Equipment Rental website and its contact links.
This is an informational website. It does not provide customer accounts, online bookings or online payments. The request form prepares a message with equipment, date, duration and work location in your browser, then opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. The form does not send your details to the website server or save them in a database or browser storage. The website itself has no customer database.
Contacting the business
The owner uses the shop's WhatsApp account only to answer customer inquiries and arrange rentals. These conversations are not used to send marketing offers. Conversations may include your name, phone number, requested equipment and any other details you choose to send. This communication takes place outside the website.
You can browse equipment without giving the business personal information. For an initial inquiry, provide only contact details and the equipment you need. Avoid sending payment information or identity-document images unless requested for a specific purpose that has been explained to you.
Keeping conversations and backups
The business keeps inquiry conversations in its shop WhatsApp account, with conversation backups enabled. Backups may include conversation content according to the account and service settings.
You can contact the business about the information it holds or request deletion under applicable rights and rules. Handling a request may require reviewing relevant conversations and backups. Deleting a message from one device does not necessarily delete every copy automatically.
Catalog search
Search results are filtered in your browser. Search text appears in the page address so the same results can be reopened. Search does not submit an inquiry to the business or create a customer record. Avoid entering personal information in the search box or sharing a link that contains it.
Technical data and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics 4 after your optional consent to visitor analytics. Measurement helps us understand page visits and clicks on phone and WhatsApp buttons and improve the website. Data includes browser and device information, pages, interactions and cookie identifiers, and may include approximate location. Technical connections to Google include your IP address.
We send the page path without search text or other URL parameters, and the type of contact button. When sending referral information to Google Ads, we use only the domain name, without the previous page path, search terms or URL parameters. We do not send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses or WhatsApp message text to measurement tools. A contact-button click does not prove that a call connected, a message was sent or a rental was completed.
This setup does not enable Google signals, User-ID, enhanced conversions, remarketing or ad personalization. Google Ads measurement is optional and separate from visitor analytics. It is enabled only when you choose to consent to it.
After advertising-measurement consent, we use Google Ads to understand whether a website visit or a phone or WhatsApp click is associated with an ad. Google Ads tools may send page-visit measurement signals after consent, as well as contact-click events. They may process ad-click identifiers, measurement cookies, page and interaction data, and browser and device information. A contact click is not a completed call, sent message or rental.
You can refuse measurement and continue browsing, or change your choice and withdraw consent using Privacy settings at the bottom of every page. Measurement tools are not loaded before consent. Withdrawal stops subsequent events and may reload the page to apply your choice. It does not automatically delete previously collected data.
Your privacy choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If the usual storage method fails, we may use an essential cookie to remember a measurement refusal. After analytics consent, Google may use cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits and sessions. Measurement cookies are configured for 180 days without automatically extending on every visit; your browser may impose a shorter duration. After advertising-measurement consent, Google may use cookies beginning with _gcl to remember ad clicks and may store related information in browser storage. You can refuse either purpose independently or clear site data in your browser settings.
Google processes measurement data under its terms and policies, potentially on servers outside Saudi Arabia. A browser cookie's lifetime does not mean that every Google report or record is deleted at the same time.
The hosting provider may process technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and request time, and may use technologies needed to operate or protect the service. See OpenAI's privacy and cookie policies for its practices.

Your rights and privacy requests
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and applicable rules, rights include knowing why and how your data is processed, accessing your data and obtaining a clear copy, correcting, completing or updating it, and requesting destruction of data that is no longer needed. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it in accordance with applicable rules.
